COVID 19

We will comply fully with all Government recommendations for safe operation. Your order may take longer than usual to be delivered due to shipping delays. Supply chain is effected at every level so some designs may take longer to produce, while we wait for delayed deliveries of essential components and materials. We will do the best we can to ensure your order ships on time but if you have any concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out at exomorphstore@gmail.com  

 

SHIP BY DATE

These are all hand made pieces with a lot of care put into them. While it is my top priority to get them to you as soon as possible it is also my top priority to make sure you’re getting the best possible version of what you ordered and that takes time. We appreciate your patience and for allowing me the time we need to complete them.

 

RETURNS/ REPAIRS

I accept returns of unworn pieces in their original condition. Contact me within 7 days of receiving the item and ship it within 14 days of receiving the item. Do not ship anything to me before a return is authorized. Customer assumes responsibility for return shipping cost and original shipping will not be refunded.

Contact me as soon as possible for faulty items, we will cover the cost of the return or exchange.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Items are shipped via priority mail and take around 2-3 days to be delivered. When the order ships, you will get an email with tracking information. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Items are shipped via New Zealand Post. Please contact me for additional shipping options. There is no shipping estimate for international shipping, even with upgraded shipping methods. Items may be held in customs for longer than expected so please plan accordingly.

All import/VAT fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Excluding custom sized pieces, which are included in the return policy, custom or commissioned orders will be accepted on a case by case basis. Custom designs or colours may not be eligible for return.
