Shipping policy

These are all hand made pieces with a lot of care put into them. While it is my top priority to get them to you as soon as possible it is also my top priority to make sure you’re getting the best possible version of what you ordered and that takes time. We appreciate your patience and for allowing me the time we need to complete them.

Items are shipped via priority mail and take around 2-3 days to be delivered. When the order ships, you will get an email with tracking information. 

International items are shipped via New Zealand Post, from Te Whanganui a Tara/Wellington. Please contact me for additional shipping options.  Items may be held in customs for longer than expected so please plan accordingly.

All import/VAT fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
